We recommend allowing an additional 1-3cm in your measurements to ensure you get a comfortable fit and keep in mind that some fabrics may shrink slightly after the first wash.

Online shopping should be as easy as shopping in-store. We love creating clothes for you, so we want you to love your purchase! If something’s not right, we’re here to help!
Please note: We do not offer refunds for change of mind purposes, including style, colour, size or multiple sizes purchased to check fit etc
All returns for exchange or store credit must meet the following requirements:
- Items must be in new condition with tags attached and in original packaging
- Items must not be worn, washed, damaged, or altered from their original state (i.e tags removed)
- Items purchased in Australia must be returned within 14 days of the order being received, and 28 days for New Zealand and international orders
- Items purchased during short-term sales and promotional periods such as seasonal sales, Click Frenzy and Black Friday, etc, do not qualify for a refund
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code can be returned for exchange or store credit only
- Items purchased from our $25 outlet are final sale and can not be returned
- Returns form (on the back of order slip) must be completed and included with the return parcel
Australian orders must be returned within 14 days of being received. New Zealand and international orders must be returned within 28 days of being received. Items posted after these timeframes may be denied.
