One of the things we're most proud of here at PQ Collection is our ability to create clothing that caters to a wide variety of body types and sizes. Getting the right fit can be challenging and daunting when ordering online, so we try to make it as easy as possible for you. The size guide will vary depending on the style, so please refer to the product description for specific measurements. Our sizing recommendations refer to Australian sizing and we do our best to provide the bust, length and sleeve opening measurements so you can ensure you get the perfect fit.
We recommend allowing an additional 1-3cm in your measurements to ensure you get a comfortable fit and keep in mind that some fabrics may shrink slightly after the first wash.

Items purchased with blogger affiliated codes and our ‘welcome’ discount are valid for a refund, exchange, or credit note.
Please note, items purchased using short term discount codes or during promotional sales such as Click Frenzy, Black Friday and Boxing Day are eligible for exchange or credit note only.
Gift cards and shipping costs are not refunded.
Items marked as “Sale” are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund, exchange or credit note. If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
A Returns Sheet is included with your order that contains instructions on how to receive a refund for your item.
You will receive an email notification once your return is received and processed. Refunds are issued instantly on our end and will be processed via your original payment method but can take up to 15 business days for the funds to appear in your account once processed. Shipping costs are not refunded.
