Shipping Information

Due to the current COVID-19 outbreak, there may be delays in receiving your order, especially orders being delivered internationally. We apologise for any inconvenience and remain committed to providing the best service possible. Upgrading to 'Express Shipping' at checkout can speed up your delivery, however please note there are delays across all types of deliveries. Australia Post have stated:

"However, the challenges presented by the pandemic mean there are delays as our business adopts additional safety measures to protect our people and customers. Other factors contributing to delays include fewer domestic flights, international delays and increased volumes as more people start shopping online."

The following temporary changes to maintain safety have been implemented and may affect your order:

  1. Signatures will no longer be required upon delivery to avoid cross contamination - this will be consistent whether you receive your parcel at your delivery address or pick it up from the post office. 
  2. Contact will be minimised by either leaving the parcel at the door until the driver or postie has left the premises or left for the customer to pick up on the counter if in store.

Australian Orders 
Standard shipping 0kg - 5kg $12.75 AUD
Standard shipping 5kg - 10kg $18.15 AUD
Standard shipping 10kg - 15kg $22 AUD

New Zealand Orders

As of January 2020, the shipping fees are determined by the weight of the
order and sent either Aus Post or DHL (depending on the weight). We no
longer offer free shipping, all freight charges are calculated automatically and added to your invoice. 
0-5kg = $20 AUD
5-10kg = $45  AUD
10 - 15kg = $90  AUD
15 - 20kg = $120  AUD
20 - 25kg = $150  AUD
25 - 30kg = $240  AUD
30 - 35kg = $280  AUD
35 - 40kg = $320  AUD
40 - 45kg = $360  AUD
45 - 50kg = $400  AUD

Processing Times

Orders are packed and dispatched as soon as possible, this can take 1-3 business days. We always work hard to fulfil as many orders as possible and if you require something urgently, we recommend you get in touch before ordering.

Shipping Times

PQ Collection ships exclusively with Australia Post. Orders shipped using express options generally take 1-3 business days to arrive within Australia, and 2-6 business days internationally. Orders shipped using standard options can take 3-21 business days, depending where your order is being sent. You can check with Australia Post for approximate shipping times to your location here (enter our postcode: 4172).

Tracking/Signature on Delivery

Every package that is sent requires a signature on delivery. If you are not available to sign for your package it will be held for you at your local post office. Should you wish to not sign for your package and want to request an Authority To Leave (ATL), please email our customer service team at or call (07) 3393 9888. Please note that this service may incur additional processing times.

Once your package has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please track your package regularly as it may be returned to sender after being held at the post office for a period of one week.

International Taxes/Customs Charges

Some countries enforce import taxes or customs fees. These additional costs are the responsibility of the customer and PQ Collection does not cover these fees. If you are unsure of the applicable taxes/customs charges that may be relevant to you, please contact your local customs office.

Making Changes to Your Order

If you need to make any changes to your order you can email or phone (07) 3393 9888. Please provide us with the correct changes and include your order number and name.

Please note changes can't be made once the parcel leaves PQ Collection as it becomes property of the courier company.
