SHIPPING INFORMATION

***URGENT COVID-19 NOTICE AND INFORMATION***

 Please expect delays with all deliveries during this time due to flights being grounded and delays occurring with customs clearances that are constantly changing. Unfortunately, these delays are out of our control but we are keeping in contact with our shipping partners to make sure that everything keeps moving. We completely understand that you would love to receive your PQ goodies right away. We kindly ask that we all patient and understanding during this very testing time.

Australia Post is currently experiencing high volumes of parcels through their network. At the moment please allow up to 5 business days after their quoted delivery date.

Signatures will no longer be required upon delivery to avoid cross contamination - this will be consistent whether you receive your parcel at your delivery address or pick it up from the post office.

With patience and kindness, we will get through this together.

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Tracking information is sent via email by 5pm AEST on the day that orders are shipped out.

    Shipping Destinations

    We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Netherlands, China, Taiwan area, India, Singapore, United Arab Emirates and Qatar.

    We are more than happy to ship to other countries, if your country is not on this list please contact our customer service team at hello@pqcollection.com and they will determine shipping costs for you.

    Retail Shipping Fees

    Australian Orders
    Standard shipping $5 AUD
    Express shipping $10 AUD
    Free express shipping on orders over $100 AUD

    All domestic orders are send via Australia Post.


    New Zealand Orders
    Express shipping $25 AUD
    Free express shipping on orders over $100 AUD

    International Orders
    $29.95 Express shipping 

    All International orders are sent via DHL and are fully trackable.

    International Taxes/Customs Charges

    Some countries enforce import taxes or customs fees. These additional costs are the responsibility of the customer and PQ Collection does not cover these fees. If you are unsure of the applicable taxes/customs charges that may be relevant to you, please contact your local customs office.

    Making Changes to Your Order

    If you need to make any changes to your order you can email hello@pqcollection.com or phone (07) 3393 9888. Please provide us with the correct changes and include your order number and name.

    Please note changes can't be made once the parcel leaves PQ Collection as it becomes property of the courier company.
