Yes, if the product is still in its original condition and you bought it at full price, we accept returns for a refund, exchange or credit note. For the full terms and condition, please see our returns policy.
Can I return sale items?
Items marked as “Sale” are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund, exchange or credit note. If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact email@example.com.
Please note, items purchased during short term promotional sales such as Click Frenzy and Black Friday are classed as “sale items” and are subject to our normal returns policy. For the full terms and condition, please see our returns policy.

Where do you ship to?
We ship to Australia, New Zealand, United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Netherlands, China, Taiwan area, India, Singapore, United Arab Emirates and Qatar.
If your country is not on this list please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org and they will determine if we can ship to you and any costs associated.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Tracking information is sent via email by 5pm AEST on the day that orders are shipped out. Can I make changes to my order after I have placed it?
We can only make changes to your order before it has been dispatched. We recommend calling us as soon as possible to make arrangements on (07) 3393 9888. Once the parcel leaves our warehouse it becomes the property of our courier company, so any changes to postal address will need to be lodged with Australia Post.
Will I be charged customs/import taxes?
Some countries enforce import taxes or customs fees. These additional costs are the responsibility of the customer and PQ Collection does not cover these fees. If you are unsure of the applicable taxes/customs charges that may be relevant to you, please contact your local customs office.
How can I become a stockist?
We are delighted that you’re interested in stocking PQ Collection! Please fill out our application form (scroll to the bottom of the page) and we’ll get in touch. If you’re in Brisbane please feel free to contact us to arrange a time to come and visit our showroom. We are located at 2/8 Ives St, Murarrie QLD 4172. We are open during standard business hours.
How do I know if I’m an exclusive stockist in the area?
Generally speaking, you will be. Part of our screening for new stockists is to ensure there aren’t other retailers nearby. This is because all stakeholders benefit by maintaining some distance between stockists. Please note, if you’re a former stockist who hasn’t ordered from the most recent season you will need to contact us to ensure you are still considered a current retailer, or to place another order. Securing a pre-order for the upcoming season with us will ensure your exclusivity.
How do I return a faulty item?

How much does freight cost?
The cost of your freight will depend on where your order is being shipped and how much it weighs. Please check rates at checkout after building your cart. If you have any questions or would like express shipping or a personalised quote, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Within Australia, delivery should take between 2-5 business days. If it is an international order, please allow 6-10 business days. If you’re order is placed before 3pm, we will endeavour to send it that day. Please contact us if you would like a tracking number. If you need the order urgently, please contact us and we can arrange express post for an additional cost.
Is there a minimum quantity for an order?
