The Twirl Tie Skirt is high waisted with an elastic waistband in the back for easy access, and plenty of room for movement and ultimate comfort. Made from soft, lightweight and breathable rayon in our exclusive Vintage Check print. The Twirl Tie Skirt is maxi length with longer ties at the side seam to adjust the waist size when tied up.
