Getting the right fit can be challenging and daunting when ordering online, so we try to make it as easy as possible for you. The size guide will vary depending on the style, so please refer to the product description for specific measurements. Our sizing recommendations refer to Australian sizing and we do our best to provide the bust, length and sleeve opening measurements so you can ensure you get the perfect fit.

We recommend allowing an additional 1-3cm in your measurements to ensure you get a comfortable fit and keep in mind that some fabrics may shrink slightly after the first wash.

Full priced styles in original condition are all eligible for return. Simply fill out the returns form on the back of your order slip and send your item back to us within 2 weeks of receiving your order. We are only able to accept returns that are unworn and unwashed with tags attached. We recommend using registered post to keep track of your return.

We want it to be perfect for you! If you don’t love your full price item you can send it back for a refund, exchange, or credit note. Simply select your preference on your returns form.
Items purchased using short term discount codes or during promotional sales such as flash sales and other offers/events are eligible for exchange or credit note.
If you’ve paid with AfterPay, any repayments already made will be refunded through your AfterPay account. If you paid with a Credit Card or PayPal, the full amount of the returned items (minus the original shipping cost) will be refunded to your original payment method. If you paid with a Gift Card or Credit Note, your refund will be issued as a Gift Card or Credit Note.
Items marked as “Sale” and items in our “25 and Under” Outlet section are eligible for exchange or credit note only. On the rare occasion that you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we are happy to help.
